Every customer who books with Adrialin receives an insurance surety note relating to the money paid.
The insurance certificate is issued by the insurance company R+V. In the case that Adrialin is unable to pay or insolvency proceedings have been instituted over the company’s assets, R+V guarantees the customer.
the reimbursement of the complete holiday price where travel services are not provided and
the reimbursement of the necessary expenses of return travel
ATTENTION:In accordance with §§651 k BGB travel operators are obliged to hand out insurance certifcates since 1994.
You should not book with tour operators who do not issue risk coverage certificates. They are behaving illegally.
Providers pointing to the fact that they are only travel resellers and therefore do not issue insurance certificates, or that the provision of holiday apartments and houses does not have to be insured against insolvency, are mostly trying to avoid their obligation to provide insolvency insurance.
If you have already booked with a tour operator who has not issued you with an insurance certificate, you have the right to withdraw from the tour and have any money you have already paid refunded immediately.
