I. You have three opportunities to search for a suitable property via the home page:
Simple search:
Simply enter your travel details:
Click on "Start search"! All currently available properties are shown.
Calendar:
You can directly enter the data or the calendar on the right hand side and
use arrival and departure fields (simply double click). With the arrow symbols and on the right next to the month you can change between months. Simply click on the corresponding date to put this into the departure field.
Total offering
If you want to see our total offering select in the region and place selection fields "all" and enter nothing in the other fields. Click afterwards on "Start search"!
Detailed search:
please click on "Detailed search" in the left hand selection bar!
You can enter your special search criteria here. If you have done this, click on the lower end of the page on "Search"!
Quick search:
with the "Quick search" you have the opportunity to have individual properties displayed directly.
For this enter the name or code of the holiday property you are looking for in the
search field and click on "Search"!
II. How can I show the price and have it calculated?
After you have started the search, you will get the properties that meet your search criteria.
Now click on a propery of your choice and you will get the precise description, additional pictures, the rates table and exact price calculation.
Please note that you will only receive a calculation of your price if you have previously entered the arrival and departure date and the number of persons in the search field.
If you have still not entered an arrival and departure date, then a query will be displayed after the description of the property, with which you can have the availability and the price of the property concerned displayed.
III. How can I book ?
Together wih the price calculation you will also be shown the field "to the booking form".
Please enter your details and click on "Confirm booking".
IV. General terms and conditions
You will find a link to our General Terms and Conditions in the booking form and also at the bottom of every page. You can view and save these there.
We would like to inform you that Adrialin does not save the contract text. Of course you get all relevant booking data with our booking confirmation.
V. Confirmation of booking
After your booking is received you will receive a confirmation receipt via e-mail from us with all details on further steps within a few minutes.
If you have not received an e-mail from us within an hour of your booking please contact us.
As a rule you will receive a booking confirmation including invoice by e-mail from us within a few minutes, but at the latest within 24 hours. (We send these documents to your with your insurance certificate).
VI. Payment
You can select from two payment methods within the booking process:
V.1. Payment by bank transfer
V.2. Payment by credit card

After the booking confirmation please pay directly the deposit amounting to 20 % of the travel price.
For short term bookings(within six weeks of the departure date)the entire amount for the holiday is due.
The remaining amount is due 6 weeks prior to he travel date.
Any additional services used are paid for locally (unless listed in the property description that it is included in the price).
VI.2 Payment by credit card
You can pay with the following credit cards: Master, VISA and American Express.

VII. Travel documents
We will send you the documents necessary for travelling (tour voucher with directions and travel information) by e-mail and on request by post after full payment for the tour has been made.
VIII. Insurance
Apart from the statutory insolvency insurance (insurance certificate) there are no insurance policies included in the travel price.
We urgently recommend that you take out a return travel insurance policy.
IX. Local customer care
In addition to the care prior to and during your booking through our customer centre in Germany, we also provide personal care locally for our customers with a network of contracted english speaking travel agents. These are there to help you with advice and support.
