I. You have three opportunities to search for a suitable property via the home page:
Simple search:
Simply enter your travel details:
Click on "Start search"! All currently available properties are shown.
Calendar:
You can directly enter the data or the calendar on the right hand side and
use arrival and departure fields (simply double click). With the arrow symbols and on the right next to the month you can change between months. Simply click on the corresponding date to put this into the departure field.
Total offering
If you want to see our total offering select in the region and place selection fields "all" and enter nothing in the other fields. Click afterwards on "Start search"!
Detailed search:
please click on "Detailed search" in the left hand selection bar!
You can enter your special search criteria here. If you have done this, click on the lower end of the page on "Search"!
Quick search:
with the "Quick search" you have the opportunity to have individual properties displayed directly.
For this enter the name or code of the holiday property you are looking for in the
search field and click on "Search"!
II. How can I show the price and have it calculated?
After you have started the search, you will get the properties that meet your search criteria.
Now click on a propery of your choice and you will get the precise description, additional pictures, the rates table and exact price calculation.
Please note that you will only receive a calculation of your price if you have previously entered the arrival and departure date and the number of persons in the search field.
If you have still not entered an arrival and departure date, then a query will be displayed after the description of the property, with which you can have the availability and the price of the property concerned displayed.
III. How can I book ?
Together wih the price calculation you will also be shown the field "to the booking form".
If you country of origin in not in the list of countries for selection, you can of course book by phone in our service centre.
Please enter your details and click on "Confirm booking".
IV. General terms and conditions
You will find a link to our General Terms and Conditions on the booking form and at the bottom of every page.
You can view and save these there.
We would like to inform you that Adrialin does not save the contract text. Of course you get all relevant booking data with our booking confirmation.
V. Confirmation of booking
When you have entered your booking we will send you confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes, with all the details of how to proceed.
If you have not received an e-mail from us within an hour of making your booking, please let us know.
As a rule you will receive a booking confirmation including invoice by e-mail from us within a few minutes, but at the latest within 24 hours.
VI. Payment
During the booking process, you can choose from 3 payment methods and 2 payment procedures:
V.1. Payment by bank transfer
V.2. Payment by credit card
V.2. Payment by direct debit
A Deposit paid immediately and the remaining amount to be paid on location in Croatia. With commercial landlords (hotels, holiday camps, among others), payment on location is unfortunately not possible.
B Deposit and remaining amount paid in advance - with all the security of a tour operator: money back guarantee (insurance certificate from R+V Versicherung AG), among other things
The amount of the deposit and remaining payment can be found in the description of the individual property.
VI.1 Payment by bank transfer
After confirmation of the booking, we ask you to pay the deposit immediately.
The amount of the deposit can be found in the description of the property.
For short term bookings(within six weeks of the departure date)the entire amount for the holiday is due.
Unless you decide to pay the remaining amount on arrival at the location.
With commercial landlords (hotels, holiday camps, among others), payment on location is unfortunately not possible.
The remaining amount is due 6 weeks prior to the travel date.

VI.2 Payment by credit card
You can pay with the following credit cards: Master, VISA and American Express.
You have the option to choose whether the whole amount is charged immediately or only the deposit.
If you choose the advance payment, the remaining amount will be charged 6 weeks before departure.
Please make sure that your credit card will still be valid at this point in time.
However, you can also decide to pay the remaining amount on arrival at the location.
With commercial landlords (hotels, holiday camps, among others), payment on location is unfortunately not possible.
Any additional services are paid for locally (unless it is listed in the property description that it is included in the price).
VI.3 Payment by direct debit
If you have a bank account in Germany, you can pay by direct debit.
You have the option to choose whether the whole amount is charged immediately or only the deposit.
If you choose the advance payment, the remaining amount will be charged 6 weeks before departure.
However, you can also decide to pay the remaining amount on arrival at the location.
With commercial landlords (hotels, holiday camps, among others), payment on location is unfortunately not possible.

VII. Travel documents
After payment of the whole invoice amount (depending on the chosen payment procedure), we will send you the necessary documents for departure (travel voucher with directions and travel information) by e-mail, or if requested, by post at no extra cost.
VIII. Local customer care
In addition to the care prior to and during your booking through our customer centre in Germany, we also provide personal care locally for our customers with a network of contracted english speaking travel agents. These are there to help you with advice and support.
